SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: $5.99 — estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. LourdieHair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lourdiehair.com. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@lourdiehair.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, LourdieHair ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Follow us on social media for updates.
